Do your veneers have a guarantee?

We are the only company in the market offering a free full 3-year warranty. If you notice a color change, we will either make you a new set or polish up your existing veneers, free of charge. If your press-on veneers crack with normal use within 15 months, we will repair them or make make you a new set.

What if my clip-on veneers don’t fit?

If your custom-made veneers are not a perfect fit, simply contact Customer Service via email or by phone 281-201-5552 between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Are the impression kits for free?

A

Each impression kit costs just $22. However, when you place an order, the cost of one impression kit is already covered, and it’s enough for both upper and lower veneers.

Do you offer free shipping?

A

Shipping is free for US customers, free for Canada and $100 for Europe and Australia. Our free shipping to Canada only includes the shipping of the impression kit and final veneers.

What is your refund policy?

A

We don’t offer returns or refunds as every set of veneers is custom-made for each client. If you’re not satisfied, Shiny Smile Veneers will redo or remake your veneers up to three times at no cost.
