Impression kit refunds within 14 days

If you have not opened or used your impression kit within 14 days of placing your order, you may return it at your own expense for a refund, less shipping and payment processing fees.

If you opened or used the kit within 14 days of placing your order, an approved refund is reduced by a $90 processing fee, $22 for each impression kit used, and $15 for each extra supplies kit used, including kits originally provided free.

Outside this 14-day period, refunds are not available except under the 60-day money-back guarantee below. Failure to make a suitable impression is not a qualifying reason for a refund. Customers are responsible for providing usable impressions; our team offers guidance.

Custom veneers and remakes

Each set is custom-made. Finished veneers are not ordinarily returnable or refundable. If you are not satisfied with the fit, Shiny Smile Veneers offers up to three free remakes.

60-day money-back guarantee

This guarantee applies to orders placed starting August 2025. To qualify, you must have received fully fitting veneers with no fitting issues, used them for at least 60 days, and remain unsatisfied with their appearance after regular use.

The guarantee does not cover fitting issues, fractures, or damage. Fitting issues are addressed through up to three free remakes.

Approved refunds are subject to a $90 processing fee, plus $22 for each impression kit and $15 for each extra supplies kit used, including kits originally provided free.
