We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship orders Monday–Saturday. Please allow 3–5 days for transit within the US. Transit time is separate from the time needed to receive your impressions and make your custom veneers.
Return/Refund Policy

Each set is custom made, so finished veneers are not eligible for ordinary returns. If the fit is not right, we offer up to three free remakes. Eligible refunds are covered by the conditions below and our refund policy.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The 60-day money-back guarantee only applies if:

  1. You received your fully fitting veneers (i.e., no fitting issues).
  2. You have used the veneers for at least 60 days.
  3. You are still unsatisfied with the appearance of the veneers after regular use.

The guarantee does not cover:

  1. Fitting issues, as Shiny Smile Veneers provides up to 3 free remakes to ensure a proper fit.
  2. Fractures or damage to the veneers.

Because this is a custom-made product, the following deductions will apply to any approved refund:

  1. A $90 processing fee.
  2. The cost of any impression kit(s) or extra supplies kit(s) used, even if they were initially provided for free:
  3. Impression Kit: $22 each
  4. Extra supplies: $15 each

It applies to orders placed starting August 2025.
