The 3 Things That Matter Most (Non-Negotiable)

If you remember nothing else, remember these three rules:

Mix completely and quickly - no marbling

Center your teeth in the tray – do not touch tray walls

Hold perfectly still for 4 full minutes

Title

Most rejected impressions fail because of one of these three mistakes.

Follow the steps below exactly as written. Do not rush, skip, or modify steps. If something feels unclear, rewatch the video before continuing

Step 1 – Prepare Your Mouth

Title

Brush and rinse thoroughly

Remove any food, debris, or residue

Dry your teeth before proceeding

Step 2 – Choose the Correct Tray Size

Title

Test small, medium, and large trays before mixing

Tray should comfortably cover all teeth without pressing into gums

Do not force a tray that feels too small

Step 3 Mix the Impression Material

Title

⚠️ This step is time-sensitive

Combine containers 1 and 2 immediately

Mix thoroughly for 40 seconds

Color must be uniform (no streaks or marbling)

Do not stop early

Step 4 – Load the Tray Evenly

Title

Fill the tray evenly from side to side

Do not overfill or underfill

Smooth the surface quickly and proceed immediately

Step 5 – Position the Tray Correctly

Title

Use fingertips inside the tray to guide placement

Teeth must be centered in the tray

Teeth should not touch the tray walls

Step 6 – Bite Down Gently

Title

Bite down slowly and evenly

Do not clamp or shift the tray

Once in place, do not move

Step 7 – Hold Still (Critical)

Title

⏱ Hold for a full 4 minutes

Do not talk

Do not swallow excessively

Do not adjust the tray

Moving during this step is a leading cause of rejection.

Step 8 – Remove the Tray Carefully

Title

Remove straight down with a steady motion

Do not twist or bend the tray

Inspect for clear tooth and gum detail

Step 9 – Repeat for Backup Impressions

Title

Make additional impressions if materials allow

Backups increase approval chances

We will select the best impression for production

Step 10 – Review Before Sending

Clear tooth definition

Visible gum lines

No drag marks

No tray wall contact
