I would say comfort may vary based on a person and their sensitivity to things. For me, they are comfortable in the sense that they do not hurt, fit perfectly, and are easy to have in. Ate a whole eggs, bacon, and home fries plate with them in with zero problems. Just some smaller bites than used to and getting adjusted to them. After a few days, I almost feel naked without them.
